（中央社記者卞金峰、王鴻國、黃旭昇桃園25日電）國道火燒車意外初步協商結果，每位罹難者賠償金約新台幣664萬元，陸客還可獲陸方醫療保險人民幣50萬元。

經國道火燒車意外大陸旅遊團罹難者的家屬與相關單位協調賠償事宜，初步獲共識，根據交通部觀光局有關賠償金部分說明如下，包括導遊（不包括司機）可獲賠償金664萬元。

分別是旅行業責任險200萬元、遊覽車強制險200萬元、遊覽車乘客責任險200萬元及遊覽車乘客運送險（全部乘客共1600萬，每名乘客約64萬元）。

另外，陸客還可獲陸方醫療保險人民幣50萬元。1050725
